On August 7th, Documo's mFax service experienced a delay in the delivery/display of inbound faxes. No inbound faxes were lost due to the issue and impact was deemed minimal.

The root cause of the incident was identified as a failed time sync service at an upstream vendor.

The issue has been identified and resolved, and Documo will continue working both internally and with our vendor partners to ensure our service continues to provide the level of reliability and performance our customers expect.
