Identified - We are currently investigating an issue preventing new toll-free numbers from being provisioned. Customers trying to add a toll-free number (888, 833, etc.) may see the error “Error getting available numbers. Please try again later.” New accounts may also be created without their toll-free number being assigned automatically. Local numbers are able to be provisioned without issue. Our team is working with our upstream carrier partners on a resolution. Updates to follow.
