A fix has been implemented for the faxes stuck in processing and we are monitoring the results.

We are continuing to monitor the results of the fix put in place. We have observed some faxes from the affected time period are still stuck in processing and are investigating this issue. More updates to follow.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We are seeing fax queues start to move along again.
